The purpose of the group is to "promote an informed electorate through political education and to support objectives and policies of the Republican Party and to work for the election of its nominees" (GFRW By-Laws Article 2). The TCRW meets monthly. The group promotes the Republican Party through campaigning, donations to libraries, and letters to politicians. The group also provides community service through Habitat for Humanity and other local volunteer work.SCOPE AND CONTENT NOTEThis collection spans the years 1993-2001 and includes minutes from meetings, correspondence, newsletters, newspaper clippings, contact sheets, and by-laws.
