HISTORICAL NOTE: The Wisteria Garden Club was organized July 1977, under the leadership of President, Jacque Hornsby; Vice-President, Sylvia Keller; Secretary Ann O’Donnell; and Treasurer Alane Thompson. The club, a member of the Elms and Roses Garden Council and the Garden Clubs of Georgia, was formed “to promote continuing education in the areas of home gardening, landscape design and flower arranging.”

SCOPE AND CONTENT: The collection consists of one (1) scrapbook detailing activities and events of the club from 1977-1999. Photographs and letters record the club’s participation in various flower shows and community projects. Many projects centered on activities and events held at LaGrange College such as Homecomings and Campus Clean-up events. Officers and membership lists are included. The club continues to meet.
